Got all the goodies for my colourbond fence. Will definitely help keep out the zombies when the apocalypse happens.Now all I've gotta do is install treadmills outside the fence and I'll be set!That reminds me, I've gotta stock up on toilet paper for my bunker before the wierdos at the shops panic eat it all...

Horrible service. Purchased a garden shed. Was given a 1 week lead time. 6 weeks later i am still waiting. Will not be using Stratco again

Always something missing when ordering. When ordering the materials the Lady on the phone advised pool fencing flanges come with the panels with after a rude conversation on the phone with Stratco find out that don’t. Also sold me $90 of hinges I didn’t need as I purchased a premium pool lock kit that had two hinges in the pack but was told they didn’t come with them. When I called and asked about it all was met with a rude lady on the phone who wasn’t willing to help. Will never deal with this company again and would advise others not to unless you have time to run back and forth to get the missing parts. Absolutely disgusting service twice now should have learnt the first time

Every single time I order something from them there is an issue. It either takes 45 minutes and 4 staff to find it, or its not ready - can I come back tomorrow, then its not right, they'll redo it over night, come back the day after that, or it's ready but the system hasn't updated and can I call back next week. Like most people I have a job and no- I don't have time to randomly pop by on another day that suits them. This was ordered in November, was meant to be ready 1 week ago, I gave it extra time with the holidays etc, and it's still not right. I'd go somewhere else, but there isn't really an alternative. So unfortunately stuck with them, and back for more being messed around by them next week.

Very happy with the patio that we had installed. Excellent service!Great installation team, who completed the job very well from start to finish. Great communication during the process and very happy with the quote we recieved. We had a few quotes from other companies but Stratco offered us the best price. Definitely Recommend.
