Start serving freshly cooked food, and train your staff to give appropriate service, and teach them some manners. That would be a good start. We will never use the Taylors Lakes branch again

Visited the store on 05.03.2023 around 11:30pm and was severed at each point by this lovely lady. She was approachable, friendly and very efficient. This girl really sets the bar high at what service should look like. Great Experience

The great think about McD is that it is homogenous, the same menu and quality the world over. And until now that has been my experience. TALORS LAKES outfit is the exception to the rule. Truly AWFUL. My wife an I were ill on the way home. THE FOOD WAS FLOATING in what seemed like stale fat a the desert was so old and stale to be beyond belief. My wife returned the food and demanded a refund. When you buy food from an outlet that sells food for human consumption the is a duty of care, care that it is edible. This was not. AVOID.

Wife and I recently ordered through drive through and found an extremely long hair in our burger. This McDonald’s used to be very consistent and that is no longer the case. Have had many friends and family share their dissatisfaction of over cooked meat in burgers, dry and tasteless food and constantly receiving the wrong order. Please pick up your game as it’s simply not good enough.

the chips were overcooked, the printer on the self-serve, was NOT working. but the coffee was beautiful, about the only thing that was good. chicken described as “ugh.”

Not only did I not receive the burger itself but just the ingredients, so no bun at all. It came with egg which I’m allergic to. I also didn’t receive 3 other items. This is absolutely appalling and I will not be coming back

I got a small flat white with 2 sugars from the drive-through, drove off, took my first sip and it was horrible, not sure if the milk was off or it had almond juice in it ( I refuse to call it Milk) anyway had to stop a the next McDonalds to get a new coffee, thanks to the Team at Hillside McDonalds.

Very unacceptable services.Every time I ordered drive thru, the food always missing and wrong item. However, I did correct the order few times with the staffs before pick up. I’m really unsatisfied with services. I would recommend that all the staffs should be educated how to take order and not being rude to customers. Thanks
