Waiting 2 days for a for a price on pallet racking and no word so I called back and was told they don't have any frames in the height I need. Ever heard of the telephone I said? I am waiting around to do a job and a return phone call that did not come. I then told them I can take shorter frames and if anyone had bothered to call me I could have relayed that info they said they'd pass the message on, 6 hours later still no contact. I got the impression the guy was not happy I had criticised them for the lack of communication. I will now spend my dough elsewhere as a simple phone call seemed to be too much trouble. I have bought from them many times but the lack of consideration is a little annoying so I think I'll try someone else.

Easy going sales staff, helpfully and not pushy in the slightest.Product arrived and was better condition and quality than I expected for the price.Had it delivered when I was at work, told the driver he could just leave it out the front to make it easy. Got home and found they had gone the extra mile and taken it all around the back and neatly stacked.Was very happy with the service from these guys start to finish!

Very professional company with excellent after sales services. They have the best quality racks in the whole of Australia I must say. The products are highly commendable and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the awesome racks.

Sean and the rest of the guys here were awesome to deal with from the first call. Nothing a problem, short deadlines all handled with ease. The guys loading in the yard also deserve a shout out for their help with a smile late in the day! Highly recommend.
