Jackson has visited our place that we rent to attend to plumbing needs twice now. He is always very friendly and does a really thorough job checking everything out and confirming with his boss when required. He is really polite and I always receive a courtesy message to let me know they are on their way to the property. He was also happy to have my Labrador follow him round the yard and help :)

I had a shower leak when I moved into my new rental and it leak and filled many buckets each day, Jarrod arrived and he fixed the leak and stopped my water bill becoming high, thanks for the prompt service.

The team from Up A Creek Plumbing were fantastic!Within half an hour of putting in the request Lisa had called me and we were onto diagnostics, with it not being able to be resolved over the phone she sent someone out that day & within 2 hours the friendly team had arrived, solved the problem with my water heater & were able to fix the issue with needing a new valve, which the team kept me updated throughout the hour through phone calls when getting the part!Highly recommended anytime!!They were all so friendly and efficient.We've used a different company before and we're left disappointed so im happy to say we will definitely be using Up A Creek Plumbing" again.Thank you all so much!"

He offered to arrive earlier which was great, he was friendly, helpful, intuitive, worked so efficiently, knew his stuff for someone so young and was so enthusiastic about his work.
