I'm a regular customer to Chermside Shopping Centre Pharmacy owned and run by Michael Dibartolo. The staff are all very friendly and thorough. I particularly want to thank pharmacist Donna" who went out of her way today to ensure I was on the right meds when there was some confusion with my new prescription. Donna you were amazing and I'm so grateful. I highly recommend this Pharmacy to anyone who is seeking a respectful reliable service"

Like all Queensland shopping centres, it has a huge footprint so get ready to walk your socks off. It has some nice shops but everything is so spread out and has such a lack of signage that you're always bound to get lost. It has a beautiful relaxing area above with restaurants and a small pool (decoration) but nobody would know it existed unless they were told. Needs more directories, especially at the bottom of escalators, entrance from car park and from the bus stops. This is really basic stuff that should be in place hence only 3 star.

Mens toilets need to be cleaned more regularly, I entered one stall to find pee all over, poo wiped on the dipository bin" .... no idea what its doing there in the first place but anyway! Splatter of some kind all over the left stall wall. Very gross and something I don't want to see."

I visited chermside shopping Center pharmacy this morning and I was very lucky to be helped by a friendly respectful lady named “Arlene” she went above and beyond to help me find best solution about the products that I needed. she took the time to explore different options and even helped me to try different products. Overall, a good shopping mall. And I am pretty surprised to see the varieties in this mall as campare to DFO, carindale and even garden city. they definitely got more options in same brand shop than they do in the other malls as per my personal experience.
