I have just started attending this salon and wow am I impressed. Not only is the salon itself beautiful but the staff are so welcoming in particular Stella. Stella did my nails and I am so so happy with them, she is amazing at what she does. Highly recommend and I will be back for sure :)

Excellent place for a proper pedi/Mani. Best I've ever had, the girls take their time and do a truly excellent job. The shop is super clean,and equipment sterilised. You'll pay for it, over $50 for a pedi. Bookings essential.

First time visiting this salon and I cannot rave about it enough! Stella (who did my nails) is absolutely amazing. She took care and made sure I left the salon happy with good quality nails. The staff were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. the salon itself is very clean, seems like a very friendly and professional environment. Dishonest to the customer and unprofessional and discrimination against non-white customer with derogatoryUsed to be regular customer and been good experience with salon service. Due to move to Brisbane haven't had chance to return the salon. When trying to make appointment staff being give lies that computer issues and other excuses etc. Later on staff admit number was being block and accusing the mobile number user was being rude. I must say the nail service was excellent however the experience quite disappointing for non-white customer in the store. Perhaps the store should sign white customer only are welcomed.

The staff here are so friendly! It’s such a clean salon and probably one of the only salons on the Gold Coast that properly cleans their equipment and the staff wear gloves. It’s definitely worth the price for the service and the work they do!

Stella at Nailfix did my ombre style wedding nails. It was only the second time I ever got my nails done (first time elsewhere and acrylic and I hated it feeling and looking so fake) but she was so patient and gave me great advice to get exactly what I wanted (as I didnt know what options are even available). My nails are very frail and normally break but she did a strong gel 3 weeks before our wedding so that they did not break and I could use my natural nails with a redo of the gel a few days before the big day. They were so pretty and I might even go again in the future (which I didnt think I would ever do). I also had a pedicure and it was such a treat.

I've visited nailfix twice now, I can't recommend Stella and the team highly enough. The salon is extremely clean & the girls are all super professional, talented and passionate about what they do. I have had the 'gel bottle' on my nails and whilst I am extremely rough on them they easily last three weeks with absolutely no issues. It took me such a long time to find someone who does such a good job!! Thank you!!

Again amazing nails from Stella at Nailfix. Like Christmas on on each nail - fantastic skill and results! Cannot wait to show off every chance I get. You can bet I will be back next year :)

This is hands down superior quality for the same or similar price as your walk in mall chain nail salons. Beautiful service, surroundings and best nails I've ever had. My girl asked all the right questions and was gentle and skillful. You will need to book though and there's a fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment but worth organising yourself that little bit more for.
