i had a leak around an air conditioner on a commercial shed and asked for a quote for it to be fixed instead they supplied me with a quote for the whole roof and photos of every bit that was wrong. even though half the roof was new. very dis honest company.

We contacted these plumbers, but had to call them again for a person to actually come and check our hot water system. The outcall inspection involved 5 minutes with the guy telling us he was on his way home anyway, so no special trip. He also took 3 -4 other phone calls and was obviously arranging his next day's work. This was followed by an enormous quote. The outcall fee was to apply additionally to the quote, whether or not we used their company. I have usually used these plumbers in the past but was very apprehensive after using them for another previous fiasco with a ridiculous rip off roof quote, also charging a big outcall fee. I complained about the roof quote, got one reply advising they'd check into why the quote was for the whole roof, when half of the roof was only a few years old.(again after a 5 minute inspection) and then nothing. 2 strikes, I'm not pitching another ball!! Never ever again. Our bad for thinking they'd changed their ways. They must not need reliable paying clients.
