Got a quote over the phone. When they went to start the job the quote doubled from $600 to $1250 just to install a hot water system that I had already purchased. I went and priced up all the parts for the install and it came to $350. So that means for one of there plumbers to install it for the 3 hours they would of been on $300 an hour.DO not use these thieving pieces of s$!t!!

I've used them for years. 100% upfront here, I'm not sure on price as plumbing is generally expensive but I've got a lot of trust in them and they always respond very fast. I've got a couple properties and my own business so I really value that they do what they say their going to do, they check with me if it's going to be bigger than expected, they turn up when expected (a rare thing today), so if 'if' it cost a couple of extra dollars more fine. Overall certainly a 5 stars for me. Now in 'reality' they could actually be cheaper than a lot others the plumbing industry.
