Quoted work was eventually completed and completed to what appeared to be decent workmanship. Post work, Ben promised to email warranty paperwork, but never did, despite repeated assurances and many promises to do so. Eventually would not answer phone calls from the Executive or Strata. Very disappointed

He and his team were reliable, and did an amazing job on our bathroom. His extensive network of other reliable tradesmen was also very helpful. 5 star sevice!!!
