We ordered a carrot cake and a pastry however you guys delivered two pastries instead. In addition the pastries are poor quality.

Purchased a ham and salad sandwich and ended up with food poisoning, clearly selling out of date food and the hygiene here us not good! I've been up all night with diarhea and vomiting worst stomach cramps and I have to miss a day of work because I work in aged care, not happy!!!

Very happy with my Vegemite and cheese scroll. It doesn't look it, but it was literally as big as my head! It was better than the Baker's Delight or Brumby's equivalent and the staff were very friendly.

Woman hid from me rather than come and serve,the man made eye contact 3 times before coming over, and was then abrupt and rude. Slowest service I have ever experience to buy a coffee which was horrinleBeans burnt and milk scalded.Won't be returning

These are some of the most expensive bakery pies around but they have no meat in them? I just had 2 steak pies and there was only ONE piece of steak between the 2 of them! Not only that, the second one tasted completely different to the first. I think it had been frozen and reheated or something. We won’t even talk about the sausage rolls. Absolutely foul.

Wow. The pies here is great, very filling especially the bacon and cheese pie, my fav!!!
