Sheriff About Town

We had Lisa & her team drop in daily for 2 weeks while we were away to feed & look after our 2 cats. They were the BEST!! Sent us daily updates on our cats adventures which was lovely (and funny) We will definitely be booking them for our next trip! :-)

Lisa and her crew are fantastic! They’re caring and professional. Our dog was initially nervous and unsure when they first started picking her up for her walks, but with patience and lots of treats she now yelps with delight when they arrive. No hesitation in recommending Sheriff About Town. They even send photos to see how much fun your pet is having without you!

Lisa and the team at Sherif About Town did a phenomenal job with our pup Lola. As sad as she was that her walks needed to come to an end, we would never hesitate to recommend Lisa as one of the greatest. Lola formed a strong bond with the team and made some wonderful puppy companions in the process. We couldn't have asked for finer assistance when it came to socialising our dog. The team will be truly missed and we hope Lola can cross paths again in the future.

Lisa and the team at Sheriff About Town provide aa fantastic and reliable service and are so lovely to work with. Our dog is always so excited for his walks (he can get separation anxiety but loves Lisa and the team so much he doesn’t give us a second thought when they pick him up) and comes back happy from playing with other pups and well exercised.

Mia has been with Lisa and her team and Sheriff About Town for over three years now. She goes each day and has a ball. She is beside herself when the van arrives!Mia loves going rain, hail or shine, loves chasing the ball, and has an amazing time.We love how much Lisa and her team care about the pups and have total trust in them to look after Mia and give her the best time. We have had Lisa and her team walk our little ones for close to the last 4 years - we wouldn’t trust our fur children with anyone else ..... the team is fantastic, Lisa is one of a kind and the care and love they show our girls is second to none. Photos taken (and texted to us) for every walk. It always brings a smile to my face when I’m at work and I get a text with a handful of photos showing what the girls have been up to that day. Lisa and the team at Sheriff About Town are so caring and supportive. I could not recommend them highly enough. They have been walking my dogs for many years now. They are flexible, well priced and so caring. My dogs just love when they hear the van pull up to collect them and take them on their adventure. They provide great pictures post walks and my girls are always very tired post walk.

Lisa, the owner of Sheriff About Town, markets herself as a dog person, but is actually a cat whisperer in disguise. We have a Turkish Van who doesn't do strangers in the home, and a Turkish Angora, who is particularly bossy (he likes to ride the shoulders of people who enter our home), plus other cats who have more moderate requirements. Lisa made friends with them faster than I thought possible. I could see they liked her both by how they behaved when I got home - relaxed, comfortable - and by the photos she sent to us while we were away. She has a knack for knowing what to show a worried owner - your cat eating, a difficult cat rubbing its head on her shoes, a shy cat accepting a pat, a sick cat taking their medication like a babe in arms. I recommend this service without hesitation or qualification. Happy animals and peace of mind so you can actually enjoy your holiday, is worth every cent.
