We are regular customers, this time we had excepcional experience with Brendon. We went to buy more coffee and came with a new Nespresso machine and we love these big capsules, the coffee is just delicious. We’ve been back for more coffee at the end of the day and Brendon once again gave us a great costumer service. Thanks Brendon for giving us an extra time so we could get our coffee.

I don't drink coffee but have been here a few times both with and on behalf of my coffee drinking wife. Each time I've found the service to be top notch and friendly. The store itself is a calm and bright space to browse all things Nespresso and even sample some goods. If I didn't hate the taste of coffee I'd happily be a customer myself.

helloI have bought a machine and everything worked well but the machine had a fault and that's where all the trouble starts no one wants to help still waiting for a manager to call me back every time i call then i am told 3 to 5 days till some one calls me back its now been nearly 4 weeksgreat servicenew entry dated 28-2-2023 i finally have spoken to a representative for Nespresso , who was very helpful and actually did follow through with my issue which escalated from what was originally a simple issue at first I thank you for your help and i have gotten faith once again but may be we should stay with the Australian people and not allow the phone and issues go overseas as i don't believe they really careThank you to the Nespresso team in Sydney who actually cared with my issue

Inherited a near new machine so thought I'd take a gander as to what pods Id like to invest in.This store is very clean, cleaner than most coffee retailers been too. Which ain't many, because it's one of kind in here!As I'm sipping away at my Arpeggio Decafinato up on the coffee bar, I'm reminded of the service and why Ive enjoyed coming in here in the past.I love the modernity & the atmosphere. I believe this is the only store close to the south side. Other than Robina, which I'd never get to. I'd gladly come into the CBD for a sleeve of pods when I'm in need of 'decafination'.

I set up a credit account which paid for my new vertuo Pop machine. What a fantastic little machine it is too. The store was very busy and the staff did their best to manage it. If you love good coffee I recommend these little wonders.
