Parking is very easy here. I was able to park on the street at the front. There is also abundant parking at the side of the building.The exterior is very subtle. I mean, it would be very hard to guess that such a nice interior is hidden inside. I have attached pictures to show that the hall is very nice inside. A lot of space for a few hundred guests.

VTCC - Palmyra Hall
The facility has one big function hall with better sound system and lighting facility. A small function hall on the first floor is ideal for birthday parties, small functions and conference purposes. In addition 10 rooms are ideal for meetings, yoga class and small group fine arts activities. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian modern commercial kitchens also available in the building and all the facilities are overall value for money.

The hall itself was ok but terrible for acoustics and parking. The street parking is limited and in an industrial zone so it feels incredibly unsafe walking to your car through poorly lit backstreets. We were at a function here with speeches and there was a party next door in another function room with pounding bass music. The music itself was great but terrible as an overtune to heartfelt speeches thanking people in our function hall. Not sure how to fix these issues but they definitely need to be considered.

Good sized halls and can fit decent crowd, well maintained facilities and not too far from centre of Dandenong.

Good sized centre able to cater upto 300 people at least as well have a venue upstairs for smaller gatherings, able to set up your own bar and drinks and own caterers.
