Had dealings with this company a number of years ago, dealt with a woman named Tamara who was rude and obnoxious. Threatened legal action when we didn't buy a second order of cartridges which apparently was obligatory due to a requirement of getting the first lot cheap". I laughed at her of course which seemed to promote even more attitude
