Absolutely the most authentic Asian cuisine hand's down. Had the chilli ban mee which was delicious & the nasi lemak at was yummy & great value for money at $6.80. The curry puffs & kueh were absolutely authentic in flavours & what a delight. Been coming here every week for my fix ＆ highly recommend it!

Thought I’d come try this place given the good reviews. What a big mistake. Food: BAD to below average at best. Blandest yong taufu soup I’ve ever had, and the yong taufu itself had a slightly sour taste (so I knew it’s NOT FRESH). Kueh was very oily. Also 1/3 of the items on their special weekend menu were not available. Why bother with putting up a weekend menu when you don’t want to stock?? Service: staff clearly has a problem with listening. I ordered fried bee boon with yong taufu in soup, for dine in. I got kway teow soup with yong taufu, for takeaway. The customer behind me ordered chee cheong fun with curry sauce. He got chee cheong fun with sweet sauce (he actually came up to me to tell me). All in, not worth the drive here, not worth the hassle of paid parking, and not worth the spending on overpriced underwhelming food served incorrectly.

I keep seeing reviews of POPO Gourmet and finally made my way there. For a place in a food court and considering husband and wife only was running the shop today with some many customers it is superb. Managed well and the food still came out great. I had the pan mee and it is the better than my usual place so this is now the reference. They have desert and sweets displayed that takes me back to my grandfathers coffee shop. Overall good and ill be back to try more of their dishes.Forgive the photo of the eaten dish, I was eager to eat it as soon as I placed it on the table.

Best Malaysian food for miles. Had the nasi lemak with curry chicken and curry puff which were all delicious, and love that the menu changes regularly too. Keen to try their kuih next time.

Really enjoyed the dry laksa mee, curry puffs, and eggplant, and it's one of the few Malaysian places in the area selling kueh.

Excellent authentic malaysian take away. It’s got a simple menu that clearly reflects what they have made for the day. It’s great value and the owners are friendly. Note this is in a small food court. Ps the curry puffs are superb. And they also sell Malaysian snacks and take home larger packs.
