I feel bad for Sussan Fashions with 80 years of retail experience to be represented by the ruddest, most unhelpful retail staff in Mandurah forum. Today was not the first time, I had a rude encounter with that middle aged (my age) seemingly experienced lady. I asked if other colours were available in a certain item to which she bluntly said NO, found the other colour I was looking for in the same product elsewhere in the shop. As I was looking at them she rudly cut me up and took the items away from me and placed in a different rack, when asked these are the other colours I was asking about, she said I was looking at other items when asked her!! No apologies!!I will in future remember not to set foot in that shop ever again!People who have left nice messages about the good service they received in Sussan Mandurah can't have been served by the same lady.Feel so bad for Sussan fashion to get their reputation ruined by this rude retail assistant in Mandurah forum.Get rid of her. This is not her first bad review and won't be her last either!

Just had the misfortune of being served by the rudest shopping assistant today which made it stressful but entertaining. Nasty middle-aged women (which am I) was dismissive and unhelpful. My husband walked out of the shop to stop himself from saying something about her attitude but for me, it was a timely reminder to never go back to Sussan in Mandrah on a Wednesday afternoon.

March 2018 - New store just opened

Shopped online and received my order but was CHARGED TWICE for my purchase. I have sent several emails requesting a refund for the overcharge over the last few weeks with no response. My closest store is closed, so no help there either. I will never shop at Sussan online again.

Went into the store and was served by Rebecca. Was so helpful and was very impressed by her service. A lovely store, great layout. Will definitely be coming back!
