Disgusting customer service, rude technician and HORRIBLE nails. I’ve been having my nails done for years and these are by far the worst I’ve ever had. All different lengths and shapes and I asked for a colour and was told it had run out, picked another one, also run out then a third! I left without painting them because she was so rude and I couldn’t stand being around her, I can only imagine the paint she would have done if it was anything like the refill! This place should be shut down judging by all the reviews and my own experience being no different.

This salon has gone downhill, can never get an appointment and seems to have had a turnover in staff. When I made my appointment, I was seen by a lady named Monica who claimed to be the manager. Well for a manager she had a disgusting attitude and was very rude.

First time I went a few months ago I got a refill of my acrylics. Nails looked alright but filing was so rough it burnt and damaged a few of my own nails.Second time I got nails removed. They were unevenly cut and left looking very rough and I was not asked if I’d like a top coat to protect them.They had little notes on the tables to get 10% off if paid in cash but I did not receive that.Overall ok salon, but wouldn’t be my first choice.

Hi my partner and 2 kids came into your store to get 3 sets of nails done there was a lady already getting her nails done so my partner and kids decided to pick out colours during this time another lady came in for a walk in appointment. The lady working then proceeded to tell my partner and children she did not have time to do their nails but proceeded to service the lady that came In after us who also didn’t have a appointment. Being a regular customer of your store normally at Noarlunga we will be finding a new business to use!

I left a five star review last time I was in with Jess, She has now moved salons and I couldn’t get in to see her before she went on holidays. I booked in on line for ombré and turned up for my appointment to find out the technician named Tiffany couldn’t do ombré. So I chose something else as there was no other nail techs available. Worst nails I have ever had. She had filed 6 of them crooked and sides of nails have no colour on them. She was so rough with filing the sides to the point it felt like she was burning me. I have gone home and filed them all straight and will have to put up with the colour missing on the sides. I did mention this to her and she said it was because it was a tip. Didn’t make much sense to me as I had only 2 tips and the rest are natural nails. Then she got up and walked out . Any way you have lost a customer

So I booked an appointment for the 27 of December for 9 am via there online booking system. I booked for a full acrylic set. Just to be clear I triple checked on the website to make sure that they were open. I rocked up to my booking on time to find there store closed. I waited around 45 mins to an hour to see if they would open. They did not I also called there store multiple times with no answer. I was very disappointed with this because earlier in that week I had to confirm my booking twice and got multiple text and email reminders of my appt. I then decided today the 30 of December to go back and ask if they had any available spots. I explained my situation and the lady was unapologetic or sympathetic of my situation and told me they could not do my nails because they had no availability. I am very upset about this and will not be returning to mani pedi salon in hallett cove and I will be making all friends and family aware of their lack of communication and sympathy.

Awful service. I don’t normally get my nails done but thought I’d treat myself. One person told me I’d be paying $55 for a full set of acrylic BEFORE STARTING MY NAILS. Then, at the end I paid $71.40. When I consulted in my sister who gets her nails done regularly she called Mani pedi, the lady on the phone told her I got charged $5 extra for the shape (coffin) and $5 for matte black, and however much extra for the length when my nails are slightly longer than my finger… Why was I then charged $71.40 exactly?

The ladies at Hallett Cove Mani Pedi are just gorgeous! They are super friendly, their work is excellent and I always have a lovely time visiting. Ramina and Nancy's nail work is exceptional and Neda does a lovely pedicure. Thanks for always being so professional ladies!

This salon used to be great! But has since changed... all the old workers were really good at what they did but now seems they have left and now owned by 2 other ladies who are very average at their jobs to say the least. Another review I read was correct in saying there is absolutely no atmosphere in the salon and the women now working aren't the most accommodating and friendly.
