I have been using TLC for all my services since Jan 2020. Mel is always professional, realistic, and honest about what servicing my car needs. She is very personable and we always have a little catch up at the beginning of our appts. I highly recommend using TLC for your car needs.

Got a full major service done from my own home! Convenience was great! Mel and Jude are so friendly and caring and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. The value for money is great and I am very happy with the car service.

Couldn't recommend Mel enough. She fit me in at late notice, gave me other options and advice over the phone giving me the chance to save a bit of money on a callout if possible. Diagnosed my issue super quickly, fixed up my car beautifully and passed on some of her knowledge to me while she was at it.Usually a horrible experience as a femme person trying to find a mechanic who isn't dismissive, condescending or looking to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Really lovely to find someone who not only doesn't make you feel like an idiot but also leaves you knowing a lot more than you did before.I'll definitely be calling Mel for any future car problems!

I needed a 6 month service and called TLC. Mel had an opening and was able to service my car that afternoon. She was honest, friendly, and was able to solely focus on my car. Service took approx and hour in my apartment garage. I am very happy with the service and convenience! Will use again.

Needed a service done on a 2nd hand car I just bought, Mel was able to organise a very convenient time for swinging by. She performed a careful and efficient service of the car all while talking me through why certain parts were important for keeping the car running healthy in a way that was informative, approachable and best of all not condescending at all! Walked away with a well priced service and feeling like I understand way more about cars now. Would definitely recommend, especially to anyone who has been confused into paying for extras they don't need by a mechanic!

I had an overheating issue with my car. I booked in Thursday night and Mel was able to book me in Friday arvo at the end of her day! She did a quick inspection and has the quality tools to diagnose the issue quickly. She ordered the parts that needed to be repaired and booked me in a few days later and quoted me an affordable and fair price! She knows what she’s doing and is very highly skilled at what she does. She also taught me a few things about cars and also changed my wipers when she noticed they were old. Also just a friendly person! I was able to drive my car back home and it felt so smooth and safe! I would recommend booking in with TLC if you’re looking for an honest and quality mechanic!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mel from TLC Mobile Autocare who came to me and serviced my car AT MY OWN HOME!!No disruption to my busy work day - Mel and the TLC Mobile Autocare team made everything so easy.From booking online, to following up to confirm the booking, reminders a week prior and the day prior (so I didn't forget to sanitise the car - what an excellent reminder to keep us all safe!) to turning up on time on the day - the whole process was a breeze!Mel is friendly and explains to you what your car will possibly need and at the end of the service - what she has done - in an easy to understand way.Her service was affordable and valuable and it didn't impact my busy workday at all!
