What I like about Smart Cleans contract Housekeeping services is their level of commitment to work together on new improved standards we've implemented and the level of supervision and ongoing communication to ensure the guest rooms and common areas are presented appropriately. We have dedicated supervisors along with comprehensive monthly reports on each hotel sharing all key areas on staff, cleaning and maintenance. We don't have to manage housekeeping time and labour, we like the fixed cost per room so we have no surprises on growth in labour. Keep up the great work guys

Their cloud based reporting app is amazing, it provides GPS validated time and date stamps as proof of service, and you can report any issue easily and even attach photos.
