Owen went above and beyond to investigation suspected unseen water leakage, after successfully repairing a toilet leak. Wow, I'm impressed.... what a pleasure it was to engage such a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient Tradie. Owen had the expertise and equipment to diagnose and fix several issues concerning a very old sewerage system. It was a big job but he was thorough, respectful of the site, and truly professional. Owen New and the crew from O’Briens Plumbing were professional and communicative, installing our outdoor shower plus bathroom tapware and shower heads, plus cleaned out a 5metre long rootball blockage from inside a stormwater drain under our front lawn. Their trouble shooting and diagnostic skills are excellent, and remind me of an old friend’s saying ‘It’s only a problem if you can’t find a solution.’ We’d recommended O’Briens without hesitation. Thanks for a great job!

I have used O'brien plumbing numerous times, this one being a mild emergency! Owen arrived when Admin said he would, he is friendly, and also followed through when offsite for a short time this represents good service. The job was explained clearly with all other options. The pricing very reasonable as well, Owen is a credit to this business. I would recommend this company.

House needed a lots of plumbing repairs. Saw an O'Brien van across the road. Thought I would give a try. They were great on the phone and organised for someone to come. Guys did a great job. Couldn't be happier.

The upstairs toilet was not filling after flush. Two plumbers attended. A part was required. They did no have it in their truck. They drove away and returned with the part. It was fixed quickly. The bill was astronomical. I will not use O’Brien plumbing again.
