We recently bought our wedding rings from Will at Stones recently. The service we received was absolutely amazing. Will listened to what we wanted and was so kind and helpful.

I went into Stones on a whim since I couldn't find the carved, stone-less ring style I wanted at any of the chain jewellers (and I felt a bit out of place). Graham served me immediately and found my perfect wedding ring, for a great price too. He answered all my questions about sizing and metals, and even polished my engagement ring from another store. I'll be returning for regular polishes now.

Hubby bought my eternity ring ( small diamonds in platinum band )there a few years ago, the price was very competitive. The style was adjusted to my request. they offer cleaning services to their customers for free, their centred location makes easy to drop the ring for a new sparkling look when shopping. this weekend I suggested one of my diamonds look a bit darker than the rest, they took it back to offer me a thorough cleaning by their jeweller without any fuss. looking fwd to my sparkling ring once it's done. So far over these years I am very happy with their services. If any diamond jewellery in the future we will purchase, the Stones will certainly be our first store to visit.

I have long admired the beautiful jewellery in Stones each time I pass through the Brisbane Arcade. Today I took home a stunning black and white diamond ring. Graham was both helpful and friendly. We visited a lot of jewellers but the friendliness and helpfulness of Graham was what drove us back to Stones. Graham was warm, welcoming and smiling. He helped design my new sapphire and diamond ring and even went as far as colouring in diamonds to give me an idea of what certain settings would look like with a sapphire. Value for money is unbelievable! Absolutely love my ring and look forward to visiting for a clean soon, on that note Graham happily cleaned and polished my engagement ring (purchased elsewhere) and offered weekly cleans for my new BLING!!!
