I was called this company today for a tow truck my car is broken down. The customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I'm in a very terrible situation and wanted his help. He sending the wrong message to me and being racist Chinese people he couldn't understand. Instead of helping me he being racist disrespect hurt my feeling I do not recommend to everyone using their service
