I custom ordered a cake and specifically asked for fresh cream and not mock cream but the cake they made me was with mock cream. When I brought this to their attention there was no attempt to make it right or any response at all. I could have bought the cake they made me anywhere else for 1/4 of the price.

I was Quoted 3 times for a sponge cake 18 dollar's by 3 different staff/manager. I ordered the sponge cake slab for a birthday, 4 days before pick up i was told i was charged incorrectly and would need to pay the difference.Im very dissapointed by this, i checked 3 times before placing my order!!Do not order from here, they will just change there mind on pricing and leave you without a cake

Undercooked pasty, overcooked mince. No flavor just dry inside.. worst pie I’ve had in years! Should be ashamed.. the one stars I give are for the friendly customer service. That is all.
