My mum bought a packet of cakes today and after eating one, she noticed it tasted off.She went back to the store to get a refund and was refused, being told that people always eat a little bit of what they bought and try to return it all the time".This is not acceptable to speak to and pigeon-hole a customer like that. I'm sure if your staff members were paying customers at another premises

You can find many different types of Asian foid and ingredients from this shop, Korean, Japan, Chinese,India , Malaysia and Indonesia. Price is reasonable ,not too expensive. They provide free bag for customer.

Great variety of basic and common Asian groceries. However, a 40 cents surcharge when paying by card seems excessive .Based on ACCC, retailers are not allowed to charge certain amount should one paid by card -they can only charge by percentage depends on the card issuers.40 cents is approximately or may be more than 10% for other customers. (my purchase was under $40 and 40cents surcharge is more than 3% plus mine is visa not Amex) Such conduct is against the regulation .

One of my go-to places for Indo & Asian grocery at Kingsford for years.Generally has good product selections, and the check-out lady is quite friendly.I'd be cautious with some products displayed, especially soy milk. There are multiple occasions I would find (or accidentally buy) expired soy milk. Otherwise it's all good.
