Waterpro were prompt ,on time and flexible in arranging site visits for the repairs. A first class service . A particular thanks to Grace the technician who explained the works to be done and options available to us to solve the problem of low water pressure to our garden irrigation .

More expensive compared to Bunnings, however, excellent customer service and very helpful staff. I will definitely come back (if I cannot find a product at Bunnings).

They sent someone out to fix my irrigation system the very next day after I called. He arrived on time and was able to identify the issues straight away. Very happy with the service provided. Will definitely use them again.

BEWARE: I was quoted - and agreed - $90 for a replacement part. However, without any further communication, was invoiced $330 for the same part once installed. On querying the amount, I was arrogantly accused of being confused, and trying to evade paying the labour. No apology, admission of error, or seeking a reasonable solution - the only remedy offered was to remove the part (even after I've already paid the labour costs for it to be quoted and installed!). Extremely disappointing experience, particularly as we have valued their advice in the past.UPDATE: In response to the owner's incorrect and inflammatory response, without delving into the ongoing unnecessary unpleasantries, very simply: I promptly paid all invoiced labour costs (as I had agreed to), I have repeatedly invited the owner to retrieve the part on his refund of the labour costs paid for installation (which has not been taken up), and have offered to meet the owner halfway on the claimed cost of the part - more than twice what I was quoted and originally agreed to pay for it. If I had been quoted $360 for the replacement part (or $800 for a new controller), I would not have proceeded with the repair as it would make no economic sense.

Bought a pool light and there was a mix up with what I thought I ordered. Rang Aaron and he was great. Organized it all quickly and even came out and picked up my return and I was refunded the same day. Great service.Highly recommend
