Never would I recommend this riding school, both my daughters were booked into the holiday program. There was a fatality on the western ring road on our way to the school all roads were blocked off for hours. I called in advance hours in advance to notify Lisa of the accident.I asked if I could rebook my daughters NOT to refund my $400 as all small businesses need help after the past 2 years .Lisas reply was nothing but disrespectful and had no empathy whatsoever towards the situation.I was told the school doesn’t rebook or refund due to traffic conditions .Absolutely disrespectful.I advised the school to keep my payment .The only reason I gave this one star was to post my review to the public.

I can't score higher but they deserve it. Super fun and comprehensive horse manship, this place is amazing experience for kids. The staff are experts and so patient with beginners. Best indoor arena + parents room ❤

This is a very special place which in my opinion is unlike anywhere in Melbourne. We travel from the Yarra Valley to bring our 11 year old daughter to riding lessons with Leisa and her amazing team. Not only are the facilities and surrounding impeccable, but the horses are amazing and staff are extremely experienced. Our daughter has been having lessons for over a year now and it is incredible to see how much she has improved and how much more confident she has become. Thank you Leisa for making every lesson so special.Cannot recommend more highly. Xxxooo

My daughter has been riding here 2 years, it's a fantastic environment for kids to learn to ride and all aspects of caring for a pony. The indoor arena is fantastic as it means lessons are able to go ahead in all weather and all the ponies are clearly well cared for.

Our daughter Cienna has been doing lessons at Melbourne Indoor Equestrian Centre And loves everything about it! They get a variety of trail riding, indoor riding skills and learning everything about horse care! The property is set up perfectly and the indoor arena is the perfect set up if the weather is wet! We couldn’t be happier! Leisa and Ross are always helpful and friendly and very easy to get along with! We recommend these guys as you get such a range and variety in the way they do there lessons

My girls have loved their lessons. Staff are great with the kids. We've tried other riding schools but MIEC is much more professional and safety conscious. Highly recommend them.

Leisa and Ross and their lovely instructors are amazing with kids. They have taught our girls beautifully for many years of safe, fun and structured learning. The horses are well cared for and well schooled. We love this school

This is a great school. My granddaughter has been riding here for 3 years now. The school has been above and beyond the level i expected. There is a great variety of arena work, theory, trail rides and preparing and caring for horses. It's a great place for beginners to learn. The staff are very knowlegeable and skilled. Leisa is very hands on, and is amazing at building confidence around the horses Great value for money i definitely recommend Melbourne Indoor Equestrian Centre.
