We had sadly had a quote prior to contacting John from Roofing Direct which was ridiculous . Given that my husband and I are elderly and not able to see the roof damage personally we were reliant on the roofing company . We decided to get a second quote and contacted Roofing direct. John fixed the problem immediately and reassured us that the massive amount and job in the thousands from the previous quote was not necessary. What an honest and efficient company

It is so good to see that these days you can find a company that practices what they preach plus they go the extra mile for their customers.Out of three quotes i found that Roofing direct was the most competitive. John was very helpful he only quoted on what needed to be done and there was absolutely no Up sell".The workmanship was perfect and finished as promised on time. Today i contacted John because i thought there may have been a problem with a broken tile and within an hour John came and fixed an issue which wasn't part of the original job at no cost to me. John came and spent 45 minutes diagnosing and offering solutions to our roof leak issue without charge. He quoted to fix the problem - which we will proceed with if his suggestions don't work - but was blown away by his willingness to help, attitude and professionalism. Rare!

Our large terracotta tiled roof needed a complete overhaul, including cleaning, multiple valley replacements (including a complex box gutter), ridge tile re-bedding and re-pointing. When I engaged Roofing Direct, John was punctual and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.
