Worst customer experience I've had in decades. The owner was extremely rude and ridiculous in the way he spoke with me in a mocking manner. He also knocked on my passenger window extremely hard as I leant over to open the window. I will stick to Engadine sand and soil from here on as I always did. Only used these cowboys because of the Easter break and Engadine were shut. Engadine also are cheaper. WARNING keep away from these rude cowboys.Absolute lier this owner is with his reply statement. I didn't speak with anyone but this cowboy himself and the only rude remarks came from his mouth. Stop trying to make yourself look innocent.

Needed rocks for landscaping and found going to Menai S&S straight forward and the staff friendly and super helpful; even assisting with loading the boulders into the car boot. Their rock wall displays also provide great ideas for what you can do around the home and garden.

Very good experience order materials to fill my balcony planter boxes the delivery guy Ronnie was extremely professional saving us 3 hrs of carry buckets of soil up to the first storey apartment by hiabing the materials to my balcony.Highly recommended I will be using Menai sand & soil in the future.

Friendly, prompt service, knew what we needed to do the job, offered same day delivery (within a couple of hours!), delivered on-time (to the minute) and the delivery driver was happy to accommodate our slightly awkward delivery location. I doubt it could have been better.

Menai sand and soil have always been the cheapest for materials in the Sutherland Shire but their service has also really improved in the last six months. I was motivated to send the owner positive feedback when I got this delivery recently. The driver was on time, friendly and dropped the materials exactly where I wanted them. He even swept the truck twice to ensure I received all of the soil I had ordered. Awesome service!

Would never use ever again.I rang 2 weeks before and got the price $110.Phoned the day before at 3pm for sand/gravel mix, was told $110/toneTurned up at 7:30am the next day, was told $130/tonneThe staff that served me was rude and arrogant and he said yup price increase"and would not budge. Looks like a tactic to get you inAfter talking around

I'm impressed! Used them twice now and will again. Super-helpful, efficient and friendly staff. They deliver same-day (or when requested) and show up on time. I thought they would just dump the load of woodchip on my front lawn/council strip but the truck driver shocked me by skillfully reversing up my steep driveway to offload it right next to my garden! Nothing seems a problem with these people. Excellent service.

We went here to get some sand bags. The process was quick and the price was reasonable! Customer service was very good and would recommend for your sand and soil needs. They loaded the 280kgs of sandbags into our car. Would recommend.

Ordered bulk bags and sent truck in loose load. The day before had ordered exactly the same thing with no problem. Lady on the phone said we got the order wrong and didn't mention the bulk bags even though we knew how to order correctly the day before. Made us pay another delivery fee and a restocking fee which they didn't tell us about. Terrible customer service will never use them again.
