Missfit is unlike another gym I have been to there is shame on your fitness or size. All the trainers are very welcoming to newbies and also the ladies that already train there.Kate has created a great little community with in her gym you wouldn’t be able to find this anywhere else.

This is not your normal gym! It is an intense gym but more personal than commercial gyms and if you want results you can get them from here. But it is not for the faint hearted. Fee is an excellent trainer and would highly recommend her classes. Would certainly check with your doctor before attending postpartum as I didn’t find there was much checking from the trainers.

This has got to be the most fantastic gym offering great vibes and excellent workouts! All fitness classes are challenging yet fun and achievable. 5 stars to the staff who hold such positive and inspirational attitude! I never thought I’d run but miss fit proved me wrong! Thumbs up from me!

I signed up for Missfit 6 week baby boot camp when I was looking for somewhere where I could train, knowing I could bring my son along. 4 years later, I know it has been the best decision I have made for myself and my health. The trainers are amazing, extremely supportive and encouraging. The fellow ladies training along side me have become friends. I'm so glad that I had the courage to try something new and outside my comfort zone.

After having my second child I was exhausted and found it difficult to prioritise myself and health. I went to other gyms, however I could not get the momentum to train hard or have consistency in attending sessions. Since joining MissFit, I have lost weight, gainded strength, and best of all feel myself again!

Definitely the best gym iv been to by far! The trainers were all very professional and i had a great time at the gym! Really friendly community must recommend to anyone i meet. great experience!

MissFit is an amazing community of Women. I am so thankful that I found this fantastic place. MissFit caters for all levels of fitness and has such a positive energy about it. All the Trainers and members are very supportive of one another. I’ve never met such Strong, Fit and Encouraging women!

MissFit is the best gym! I started doing group classes at MissFit as part of the 12 Week Challenge about 18 months ago. I am so glad I joined this community. Kate and her trainers are wonderful and have helped me gain confidence in the gym and on the running track and make exercise an integral part of my life.The group of women who train at Missfit are so supportive and genuine. When my child was recently diagnosed with a serious illness, these women banded around me and continue to offer support. I can't recommend MissFit enough!

I have been training at MissFit for about four years now and have never felt more strong and healthy. The classes are great every time and the team there make you feel welcome. They really do care about you achieving your goals. The community of women is inspiring. Highly recommend!!!!
