Food was nice. Red fanta tasted flat and plain. The sundae is made with real ice-cream which is nice but I would rather Hungry Jacks to be honest. These chips were really nice and you could see the potato still had skin on it and they were delicious the best part I say.

they’re fast service causes problems. for the third time in a row they have forgotten one or more of my items, yea it’s good food but it’s absolutely frustrating getting out of the drive through and not having what i paid for.

Good burgers and excellent fries. Unlimited drink refills also available. There are not many Carl's Jr around, but if you have one close by it is definitely worth a visit. If you're a regular you should download their app as there are usually some good deals on the app that will save you a couple $ or offer you something not on the public menu.

Have been and tried three times now. The first time when it was new and busy... Wasn't greatly impressed and found the menu concept confusing. The experience has gotten worse each time. Won't bother returning again.There are no prices on the printed menu, and the digital menu screen behind the counter is so busy and with such small writing that you have to be standing on top of the server to try and read it.Today, myself and three kids ended up forking out $45 for 4 Medium meals, with no way to tell what at least one of them was going to cost beforehand. I asked for the special combo which is advertised on the front of the store. Server didn't know what that was, and there is zero information or advertising about special deals once you are in the store. So she guessed and I got something else.Only one of our four meals was any good. Burgers were all dry and buns were not fresh. Chips bland. All three kids didn't want to finish their chips, which is unheard of.We weren't alone though; the big gym guys in the next booth walked out leaving half their meals on the table, which sat there for ten minutes. See photo. Staff were NOT busy. Or helpful.I'm sure if you know Carl's Jr inside out, you know what to order. But for everyone else... If you care about decent food and service with value for money, go elsewhere.

We loved coming here, but recent months the food has gone downhill.We ordered burger meals my Western and Chips were great, however my wife and fathers were cold. Buns cold, waffle fries also cold.Returned them to the counter, got apologies, waiting for remake, came out with wrong burgers, no fries. Burgers were cold again, fries as well.Got our money back, what has happened to Carl's Jr.

Went here today for lunch. We were curious to see what Carl's Jr was like. Gotta say we were pleasantly surprised.It has a fairly standard burger based menu. For the most part the burgers are simple, but from what we ate they are made well. The chips were hot, fresh and nicely salted. It reminded us of Hungry Jack's back when they made food well.If you get a chance, try out the milkshakes. SUPER nice.Also the service was incredibly fast (about 11am). We barely had time to get our drinks before the food was delivered to the table.Edit:Just updating my review. We went to breakfast the next morning out of curiosity. The burgers are better than the breakfast. The eggs/sausage were dry or overcooked, but the pancakes were pretty darn good.So I'm slightly lowering my review score after trying the breakfast, would do 4.5 stars if it were an option otherwise.

Honestly I have never been more dissapointed and frustrated in my life. Paid almost $70 for breakfasts for my family to only get 2 pancakes and a piece of bacon and half an egg in each of the plates. No hashbrown bites or anything. When I took the plates up the lady on the counter was so disgustingly rude and kept putting her hands up to stop me talking and talked over me saying that they didn't have hashbrown bites and when I asked why we weren't told when we ordered them and paid for them she shrugged her shoulders and goes what do you want me to do about it we don't have them" she wouldn't give me a refund and all she offered was one pack of waffle fries and 2 fried eggs. $70 for the most pitiful excuse of food and was not even enough to feed us.So genuinely dissapointed with the food quality but more dissapointed with the staffing and the lack of care and communication."

We are fans of Carl’s Junior so we were looking forward to our burgers. We were served by Siri whose service was equal to any we have had in a fine dining restaurant- he actually gave us great advice regarding our menu choices and our food was spectacular. Siri made us feel welcome from the moment we opened the door and throughout our dining experience - he is as much of a star as the burgers are.
