Erich is a deadset legend!Just bought my first new bike from him on the weekend, super friendly, knowledgeable and polite (and didnt seem to mind me showing up just before closing..On a saturday!). Made the whole experience a breeze and left with my brand new ride a few days later, will definitely be recommending to friends.

Took my bike in for its first big 10k service as valve clearances are due then. Charged $500 for service and report states that valve clearances checked.Asked mechanic how they were on collection.He Advised me he doesn't check them on the 10k, only 20k as they're never out. First valve clearance seem pretty important to me.I even have a rally raid air filter so there was not even a airbox to remove to get to valves.I've then decided to check the valve clearance myself and found both inlet valves are out of spec and tight.Went back to shop to talk to them, guy didn't seem that interested, stating i didn't get charged for valves and brushed me off to the next floor staff.Had to order shims and now completed service myself.I took it to you in ther first place as I didn't want to do it myself but here I am.Poor form guys, won't be returning and future consumer beware.Pure laziness!

Absolute champion of a bloke to deal with. Great service and products. Have bought a few bikes , chainsaws and concrete saws with no dramas or hassles.Had my sons mini bikes rebuilt and they run like new with no dramas.Will definatley be going back for more parts and when it’s time to upgradeHighly recommended

Brought an entry level chainsaw thinking that Husqvarna were a quality brand.The unit melted from heat generated from the bar. I called the store was told it was user error without even seeing it.So I brought a $95 electric ozito chainsaw from bunnings I even put the chain and bar off the Husqvarna on for comparison ( ozito chain is thinner so requires less cutting but did stretch more and required sharpening more often) a full day later the exact same use and the cheapest chainsaw I could find, didnt melt…When I took the unit into Perth Husqvarna was accused of running it with the brake on, I asked where is the wear on the brake then? I was then told it must have been dirt that caused the melting, so I asked where is any evidence of such wear from dirt?Only to be accused of not maintaining the machine, that hasn’t even used half the original bottle of oil sold with it and has been sitting on a shelf in a shed.I’m not disappointed about the saw it was a reasonable saw but as far as customer service goes, good luck if your buying a big ticket item and need to claim on warranty.

Just got off the phone to clayton, I called up to source some difficult parts for an older bike and was given the best customer service I have had in WA for a long time.
