I can't even describe the frustration of dealing with the big companies for my son's SIL needs. Their staff were incompetent, their communication was non-existent, and they just didn't seem to care. But A1 Healthcare was a breath of fresh air. They're always available to answer my questions, and their weekly reports give me peace of mind that my son's needs are being met. Support workers are fantastic. Very bubbly and energetic characters that keep me going and know how to put me in a good mood. My experience so far has been great, it's been 3 months since I've been with A1 and the supports have been consistent and reliable. They seem to be on top of it all.

Fantastic respite services. I came from Adelaide on a weekend trip across Easter and we had a $50 per day budget for food and activities. Location and accommodation was ideal as well. I'm definitely coming back and I will be using this provider again. Nothing but five stars.
