Such a shame. No customer service at all at the cashiers and registers. One staff person at the self service and one staff person at the help desk who was on the phone with their back to the counter. They had roped off the ten items or less lane for a quick check out service. I shop usually of an evening due to having anxiety issues and I’m a loyal customer. For my local coles store in Windsor to stop having good customer service and not having people on the cashiers and registers I’ll be now going elsewhere.

Absolutely filthy and as a merchandiser for a major chain I am disgusted at the lacklustre presentation of the store , management needs to shake up some chiefs as it usually comes from the top down

Some of the staff are good, the only reason they get anything above 1 star. Shelves empty even before the pandemic, stock will sit in roll cages waiting in the isles for days before they are moved. In store fixtures are often broken such as lights, refrigeration or point of sale. The meat never weighs what it says, often has actual breadline because they don't make enough on the right days because they cannot track weekly trends. It's worthwhile walking the the extra 85m to Woolworths, they have many of the same problems but their store is significantly cleaner.After the renovation they are even worse than before. Store layout is a shambles. Not enough staff. Staff they do have are underpaid

I've been twice in one week for nappy pants and a specific dishwasher powder. On both occasions the wrong product was in the allocated space and the right product was nowhere to be found. The second time I moved the product myself to the correct place and did the work for the store. I haven't been able to get my desired products either time. Entirety frustrating. Honestly, this is really frustrating as it happens regularly. Not going to bother coming back as it happens so often.

why do coles only have 1 size bag for there pick bags and it's the biggest smaller size bags would be better particularly if getting these for small kids
