the petrol was a feast. had a blast gobbling that fine cuisine up. the workers spotted me and i had to run int the outback. was a nice 50 km jog. sadly i had a heart attack and had to get a flying doctor but my flip phone did not have reception so i died.

Rude.At 1230 this morning I entered the 7/11 store at Mt. Gravatt cnr capalaba road and Newnham road to purchase a battery pack as my mobiles battery had died.After I have made the purchase I have then walked outside to open the power packs packaging so I could recharge my phone. I have then found the power pack to be defective and non operational.I have then returned to the counter to inform the store clerk of the power packs condition and that it was defective, but before I could actually show him it, he was already dismissing my claim. I have the shown him that there was no light coming on when the power button was pressed and explained that it should as they come pre charged.The clerk has then made the accusation that I had swapped the working power pack for a broken one and tried to verify his claim by pointing out there were stains on it. As You have to handle the power pack manually, the stains were from my hands and I have even shown him my hands with dirt on the palms.During the time I had actually left the store, I had gone no more than 10 metres from the counter and was at all times visible through the glass doors of the store, through the windows  and would of been visible to the stores CCTV system.I have asked the clerk to check his CCTV footage, which would of taken 2 mins for him to do and would of shown that his claims were incorrect but dismissed that idea.At the time the store wasn't busy, it was only myself and two others in the store, so it really should wouldn't of been a hassle for him to do so. I have asked for a receipt for the power pack to issued to me as I had not received one on the initial purchase as proof of purchase.The cost of the power pack was only $20 so the loss of that money is not not a big issue.What I take issue with is your clerks instant dismal of my claim, his accusation of me to be a thief and when given the suggestion of checking the cctvs to disprove his claims and would of fixed what should of a non issue of the return of a defective product, he was unwillingly to do.Im still perplexed and left with a little confusion  as to why he was so defensive about it all, when it's return would have no impact on him.The whole reason I was needing the power pack was I didn't have one. I live a fair way from that store and was only in that area visiting friends, so the idea of taking a broken a power pack to that store with the intent of swapping is nonsensical as the taxi fare to and from is greater than the power packet.

Worst customer service 30/3/2020 mon at 14:40I stopped by the shop to buy some drinks and withdrawing some moneysI was at the counter to pay that by my card and the shop clark said something but i couldn’t understand what he said because of his strong indian accent so i was trying to tap the card and he yelled at me “i said insert the card” what is going on?? I could figure it out your shop have been so many negative comments and you dont really care about it

Often has the best fuel prices in the area (even better with the 7-Eleven Fuel Lock app).Can't comment on anything else in store as I never buy anything.

Would not let use app for discounts

There phone is off the hook I hve been trying to call for days now, and when it wasn't off the hook or engaged it just rang outAns to yr reply.....I did and they couldn't reach the store either so couldn't help with my problem . If your the owner can't U just take phone off hook or answer the call. If that don't work contact phone provider not that hard

5.05pm 18th Dec I entered the shop and was looking for a product, I couldn't see it, so I went to the counter ask the guy. Straight way, he said' no we don't have it. Next please!' no pause nothing. Where is the attitude from?! Then I went to get some donuts, and he asked me if I want to buy another four to get four free? I was like ok, why not. Then he asked me to put the four donuts back to the shelf, not a problem, but knocking at the accounted was not ok!!! So rude! Never again! If ZERO star allowed, I give Zero to this staff. Thanks

Excellent place to go.. Iv been going there for many years now. Sai the owner is so lovely and proffessional and always looks after and treats all his customers with respect..Great coffee and food and the place is always clean..All the other male staff I encounter there are just as nice and helpful.I highly recommend 7 Eleven at Wishart and always look forward to going there.Thank you Sai for everything over the years.. Love your store.

This place had the cheapest diesel in the immediate area plus its generally consistently one of the best-priced around Brisbane. I rarely buy anything other than fuel at servos so I can't comment on the rest of their service. They have a range of food and drinks for sale but can't comment on their quality.
