Update 28 Oct 21: NOPE. I haven't heard from the franchise in question. No missed calls and no left messages on my voicemail. This being the point of the post in the first place. You will have to check the contact details that Graham has and feel free to contact me. As for headoffice, that has been a prolonged case of phone tennis which is ongoing.I contacted Stroud homes Melbourne Outer North East with a view to getting ideas and a quote for a potential build in Diamond Creek. Initial contact was positive with the builder and explained the lay of the slope which i followed up with an email. Sent through block information that included slope characteristics, building envelope and planning report from DWELP. Got a call during site visit the following weekend to verify the block and then assured I would receive follow up information. Got no further contact from this Franchise. Attempted a call and was met with silence. Disappointing.
