RUDE and DISMISSIVE. Requested an urgent quote for some screen printed clothing for an upcoming charity sporting match, called after 4 hours to see when I could get a costing back and was told I would have to wait until the next day, it would have only taken 5 minutes to check the print set so I replied don't worry about it then I was rudely hung up on. No worries I'll spend my money elsewhere and tell everyone I know how I was treated :) Guess I didn't get the same treatment as 'Susan'
