Got a really nice new shirt fitted and the sleeves shortened for a weddingThey botched the sleeves and now my arms can't move. $200 shirt $120 alterations, a shirt that is now unusable, priceless.

The ladies at looksmart alterations are absoulte magic! I ordered a bridesmaid dress online that came in waaaay too small. The quality of the alterations I got are fantastic, and they even did some more fixes after the first try on so that the dress was a perfect fit, not to mention the tight time frames I was working with. Highly reccomed them, Wouldn't take my clothing anywhere else.

The service was delayed 2 days, never informed me about an extra charge for a stain on the jacket (which is fine if they call and I accept the extra charge), at the end I paid $75 for a dry cleaning of a suit, even when the docket stapled to the jacket said $27 extra charge, the person on the counter charged me 37.5 without further explanation when I asked. Lousy customer service. Do not recommend this place.

Look smart have always done a great job of pant alterations (I’m short) but they also did a wonderful job of a double breasted suit jacket - I needed it taken up and in and pleated and to have it still do up and not pull and they did a great job!

Wonderful service! Came into the store at 3pm Saturday afternoon, needed suit pants hemmed. The ladies were terrific! Got my pants pinned to the length I wanted and told me I would be able to pick it up the next day (Sunday). Luckily I was browsing around the Canberra Shopping Centre and I received a text that they had completed my alteration at 4:15pm. I am definitely coming back, they gave my pants a better hemline than the retail store I bought the pants from. 10/10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SERVICE
