The repairs to Jura machines are good however a bit of customer service training for some would be good. Townsville office is professional and nice, however a recent interaction over the phones with the Cairns office left a lot to be desired.

Recently I went to the Coffee Plus showroom as I had heard they provide good customer service. The lady in the showroom (maybe the owner) gave me a full demonstration of the latest Swiss.Coffee machines. In the end I settled on a E8 for my home. It’s been a week now and I’m super happy. Can recommend this biz.
