I ordered a Nancybird dress online (in the sale) and the dress arrived with such careful and beautiful packaging, and attention to both the protection of the garment and the speed of the delivery. Absolutely wonderful, thank you so much!

Wasn’t sure if it was just me, but judging from others reviews, it’s common to feel like a criminal in this store. Watched like a hawk, sales assistant very unfriendly and condescending with abrupt manner. Offering customer service is all too hard for them. Shame, as lovely stock.

Inspired by the name, I walked in feeling like the shop would have the community and public at its heart but watched on as the woman behind the counter launched a tirade of abuse at a customer for using a tester!!! Omg I felt awful for the person she kept yelling until she left the store. And even then she didn’t stop. I got out as fast as I could! So glad i didn’t test something - hope this post gives people a heads up not to touch. In fact, just don’t go in. Not sure why some people work in retail

Made by others but not all locally which i would have expected. Very expensive but i guess thats what you get for a little boutique which is what it is.

This place is THE BEST. We are currently locked down and I needed to send a 'care package' of gifts to Melbourne for my daughter's birthday next week. I called Anna and she immediately understood my dilemma, nothing is open, Australia Post are backed up and I have a 23 year-old in lockdown in Melbourne who needs some Mama-love and care to open on her birthday. So I ordered from the lovely array of artisan giftware online, Anna wrapped it all up beautifully in gorgeous gift-wrap, and organised freight for me. I can't wait to be out of lock-down so I can visit in person. Amazing service! From one Mother to another thank you Anna xx

Amazing collection of beautiful stuff but the women that run this shop are just rude! I won't shop in there anymore. Plus don't dare bring your child in there! Despite it selling kids stuff! So rude. Just buy online.

Been buying gifts from here since I found the place 4 years ago. My first place to source that special something for others, my kids or our home. Best service too, personalized and go above and beyond to help. Oh, I don't even live in the southern highlands!

I had a horrible and upsetting experience with the shop assistant here. I tested a lipstick, that was an open tester, on my hand first and then put some on my lips. In hindsight I shouldn’t have used the tester on my lips but in my defence there were no sterile buds to use as an in-between medium to avoid skin contact. My thinking was the risk was mostly with me using the tester because all skin contact has a germ exposure risk! The last person who tested the lipstick may have just wiped their nose with their hand and then tested on that skin patch or maybe someone walked by and sneezed on it. I was the one taking the risk. Plus why have testers if you’re no allowed to test them?Anyway, the woman yelled very loudly at me Did you just put that on your lips? to which I truthfully replied yes. She then let loose on me with a barrage of degrading insults about how she couldn’t believe anyone would do this then shoved a box of tissues at me demanding I wiped the tester. I complied and then went to hand her the tissue back for her to put in the bin. Unbelievably she told me to throw the tissue on the floor because she refused to touch it like I was some diseased animal. I just said I’d take it with me and walked out quietly, embarrassed, shamed and in shock while she continued to spray me with insult after insult…all the way to the door. She just could not stop herself! And yes there were other customers in the shop who would’ve watched this unfold all very publicly.I would never recommend this store and unfortunately this will be a lasting memory of my visit to Moss Vale.

This is a must-see if you're in the Southern Highlands, and a ​one-stop shop for gifts that are worth buying -or if you're like me, having gift-buying FOMO so that you end up keeping everything for yourself. My wish list here is loooongggg, ladies!Anna and Ursula have such an eye for the most unique and gorgeous things... I've discovered so many interesting artists through their careful curation of goods. Their customer service is second to none -particularly throughout lockdown, they were wrapping all my orders so it felt like receiving a beautiful present from a cherished friend.Thank you for just being superb! :)
