This place needs to be shut down. Most dirty disgusting place I've ever been in my life.... and I've travelled to a variety of third world countries... if the toilets are this filthy, I can't even imagine what bacteria lurks on door handles and cooking equipment... Staff were very friendly... I feel second hand embarrassment from them about working at a place that looks like a rundown sewage plant.....Store owner.. if you cant afford to renovate, you need to shut down this store and start renovations yourself... and employ a store manager that has experience in management...I'm not even sorry for this review... this is people's health and safety that we are talking about...

Pizza Hut Ballarat Dine In
Despite previous reviews, we were pleasantly surprised all amenities were clean and well maintained.The service was friendly and approachable, I requested a certain pizza and they were able to make it and bring it out to the buffet. All food was replenished promptly. Was a great end to a day out in Ballarat.Thank you :)

I’d heard rumours Ballarat has one of the last self serve “all you can eat” Pizza huts in Victoria (maybe Aus). When we rocked up, the outside of the venue had us convinced it was closed down. Very dilapidated without even a sign. We opened the doors and to my surprise the venue was pumping. It was a throwback to my childhood that I couldn’t replicate if I tried. The young chick serving us was a true rockstar, the food was hot, in great supply and high variety. Th desert bar had me so excited and it truely was nostalgic, even the choc-chips were as I remember. Love it guys. One idea - would be great to see the external of the building really have some love put into it.P.a if there’s any health inspectors reading this you definitely should avoid this place if you don’t like filling out paperwork

Visiting Pizza Hut Ballarat is like visiting an outdated adult film set, the initial excitement is phenomenal and it’s a truly great experience - for the first 10 minutes your doing it.But afterwards you feel dirty and your hands are sticky. This place is so old and run down it looks like not even $1 has been spent maintaining it over the past 20 years.The pizzas are quite average compared to any competitors with minimal toppings and loaded with mostly dough and over sauced. No pasta so a 20% discount currently applies.$5 extra for soft drinks is a bit rich considering the run down decor and food quality. Unless you absolutely love the Pizza Hut all you can eat experience noting the above - I’d keep driving.Garlic bread is awesome (look up La Famiglia Garlic Slices and pan fry them both sides yum).

I visited today. I am an International Traveler. if you find yourself in Ballarat and craving some delicious pizza, Pizza Hut Dine-in Ballarat is an absolute must-visit. With its delectable range of pizzas, delightful sides, warm and inviting atmosphere, and top-notch service, it offers an unforgettable dining experience. Pizza Hut Ballarat Dine In
Unsure if this even deserves a one star. The food was terrible, it seemed like it had sat there all day. I hope we don’t get sick from this. The plates were filthy we had to go through the pile to find one clean enough to eat off. There was a random person standing just eating in the kitchen, doesn’t look good. I suggest if you have time to talk you can be cleaning the place or making fresh pizza. Do not recommend.

On arrival greeted and paid $76 for 3 people to do all you can eat. Got told to find a table but couldn't find one that was clean. Not much selection of pizza and it was cold and soggy and the chips were just as bad. Just as we started on our cold pizza a whole tribe of Indian descent people (approx 20) came in ....they didn't pay and started eating the leftover pizza with their hands instead of using tongs to serve and the kids were being ferral too. The staff are indian (it is obvious that they are known to them) and were bringing out hot fresh pizza's to these people.For the first time ever I feel discriminated against and out of place for being an Aussie at a pizza restaurant. The toilets are in an absolute disgrace and of course the icecream machine isn't working.Don't recommend going there at all.

Pizza Hut Ballarat Dine In
I thoroughly enjoyed coming here. I was like a kid in a candy store. The pizza was yummy, the garlic bread was yummy, the chocolate mousse was yummy and the price for the all you can eat is incredible. Im so glad this place is still here. I certainly want to come back again.The only down side was no soap in the restroom.
