Very little store, when we got takeaway there was just 1 young man in the kitchen, 1 young woman serving. There was a long queue and non-stop uber eats orders coming through, yet they managed the situation professionally and got the food out quickly. They both deserve a pay rise!

Fuss free fast food experience… staff was courteous and we had a great time trying out a local fast food chain based in Australia…. The portions were generous :)

Ordered food online directly through ‘Red rooster delivery’. Got confirmation of order. Food never arrived. Called the store and they said it was picked up by a driver.I’m now awaiting a refund from the store (told I need to wait 5-7 days even though they took my money immediately for the order). Maybe don’t use outsourced drivers (ie Uber) if they can’t actually deliver the food to your customers. Waste of time, no point ordering via red rooster

Love this place here almost everyday due to work being down the road. Customer service is always amazing and the food never fails to fix the hunger and be quite tasty.

Worst Red Rooster Meal I ever hadI had Rippa box Rippa bread was so soggy and chewy Changed wings with fried chicken piece and that was totally burned and oil was not drained properly. I worked in Red Rooster for 4 Years I know definitely that bread was old and was not cooked properly2ndly Staff and front counter was inexperienced who was dealing customer.

Bought a classic roast. Looked more like a kids meal. Half the amount of sweet potato, half the amount of peas. Usually I pop open the lid and check but it was rush hour. The tool who prepped my order probably does this daily
