Millennium is possibly one of the best keep gym I've trained in to date, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean and tidy, always air condition'd the variety of equipment is good and upto date.Highly recommend for all levels of fitness lover.

I found staff to be very friendly & accommodating. There is large variety of cardio equipment as well as classes.Hopefully my spanking new membership will prove me correct in my initial assesment as well.
