We had issues with lockers of both of ours garage doors and called Peter. Very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful with great communication skills. However what it was charged it was the most expensive locksmith service plus an eye watering card surcharge. I hope they offer warranty for life because for the price we paid we could have hired 2 locksmiths

Overall a terrible experience.Expensive. Unhelpful. Rude. Long wait time.You can put it down as my mistake (which will never happen again) but if you list the business address at a residential location in the area (38 Hilly St, Mortlake) that you would reasonably expect shorter wait times by a local.But nope. No communication whatsoever regarding how long it would take or even an honest indication of how far away he is. No upfront mention of costs so you’re at his mercy when he arrives.

WARNING: Do NOT hire these cowboys!Why? 4 reasons:1) Promised to be on-site in 40-mins - arrived 20-mins late.2) Twice as expensive as the last locksmith we used (previously paid $120 - these cowboys charge $220)3) The cowboy locksmith wasn't able to pick the lock, therefore, we had to pay $340 to replace the entire lock.4) Paul is not even local - don't be fooled by the Breakfast Point" address."
