I have been having monthly facials with Marlene since the beginning of the year and the improvement in my skin is amazing. Marlene uses quality products and adapt each treatment to what my skin needs at the time. She is extremely experienced with a wonderful massage technique and I always leave the salon relaxed and glowing. I've been a client of Marlene's for a couple of years now & have always found her to be a professional and lovely lady. She's the only one I trust with my eyebrows & lashes.

Marlene has been treating my skin for almost 20 years now and the results are more and more noticeable as I get older. I always get comments about how good my skin looks, including looking younger than my years might suggest. I use Marlene's recommended products for my skin at home and whenever I'm forced to use something else because I'm away from home, etc. I notice the difference. I mainly have facials, wax and tinting done but have also had other treatments and they've always been fun and relaxing, as well as providing an excellent result. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Worst experience ever ! I never do reviews but this had done .I had my eyebrows tattooed by Marlene at this clinic, I do not believe Marlene has a sound knowledge of cosmetic tattooing at all .Marlene drew a outline of my eyebrows with the tattoo gun then coloured my eyebrows in , I had asked for a mix of powder brow and feathered I received thick full coloured brows I nearly cried , I told her how unhappy I was with them and she said “but I really like them “...if she liked them so much then maybe she would be happy walking around looking like a thunderbird.. I most certainly was not !I then asked Marlene how we could go about removing them as I really hated them that much . she booked me in the next day to use a acid to remove the ink . While I was waiting for Marlene to get everything ready I started asking her some questions in regards to removing the tattooed eyebrows , she didn’t sound confident in her answer so I asked her if she could double check it was safe to go ahead then she told me she had purchased the product on Amazon .... alarm bells went off! by this stage I was in tears and shakingI then told Marlene I did not feel confident that she knew what she was doing and she pretty much agreed with me that she had only used a Similar product once before and that it might be best not to go ahead with the removal... seriously if she was unsure it should have not even been attempted.After feeling like I was in a horror movie in tears and shaking I told her I wanted a refund as I didn’t believe she is Qualified to be doing cosmetic tattooing ,I was given a full refund and months later I am still waiting for the scars to heal so I can have them professional removed as I was left with an infection and had to have Antibiotics.

So pleased to have found an experienced electrolysis practitioner.

Marlene is extremely caring and interested in your concerns and needs. The treatments are never rushed. There is no hard sell to have any additional treatments or to use particular products.
