Having a vegan teenager on our hands caused us concerns regarding the impact on his brain, bone, muscle and general development. Karina not only gave us a concrete, manageable eating plan, but the reassurance that our son could follow his chosen vegan life without missing out on all the nutrients etc a growing boy needs.

Karina has provided me with a wealth of knowledge regarding my child’s diet and tricky eating patterns. She took the time to listen and as a result, I now have clear and positive management systems moving forward.

Having battled with my fussy eater for years, I finally reached out to Karina for assistance. Karina was so easy to work with and guided me in finding balance at meal times and tricks to assist our daughter to eat breakfast and find healthy 'sweet' treats. I am looking forward to trying out some of her recipes and find enjoyment again in meal times (I promise to clear off our dining table & start connecting with our children during dinnertime). Karina was very good at relating to my daughter (who has mild intellectual disability). She was able to form a connection with her and give her some very useful information so that she can feel like she making some healthy food choices.

I spent an hour online with Karina today discussing meal options around weight gain and growth for my food daughter (special needs and puree fed) considering her food allergies and feeding concerns (dysphagia).Karina made excellent use of time during the consult and I felt I learnt exactly what I needed today. Karina was reassuring around my concerns and gave me strategies that I can easily fit into our routine.

Have been seeing Karina for a few months now and she has been absolutely beautiful with our daughter who is such a fussy eater and trying new foods has been an uphill battle for me as her mother!
