Always happy to come into the village coffee shop and have a great coffee and meal. I couldn't ask for a polite, hospitable man. Glen and the staff are so welcoming and warm. I have been coming here for 18 years.

The Owner Glen has a great friendly personality, and always caters to our needs when requested. The shop is kept clean and safe. And pricing is great. Quality of the meals and beverages are also great.

Food was OK but the ordering process was terrible. Greeted by a person who made no attempt to be polite or pleasant. Took food order but got it wrong, tried to confirm but again got it wrong. Food never arrived but I has to pay for it. Questioned it at the till to be advised that I don't know about that". Cannot recommend just poor service."

Fantastic service. Great small business. Food was very nice and omg their home made jam is to die for (we bought 2 different ones lol)Highly recommended this small family business. We are not from camden but will definitely call on again when in the area. Camden locals should support this local small business. Thankyou for an enjoyable lunch

The worst cafe.. scones are more like rock cakes. They are heavy and hard .. maybe old stock! Service is very poor. The guy that takes the order and then brings it to the table is downright rude and unpleasant. The scones, chips and then teas came out and 30 mins later the kids milkshakes turned up only after reminding him twice. Everything else was either eaten or left on the plates.Very disappointing… no customer service skills at all and selling hard scones.. u should be ashamed

Absolutely beautiful home made style food which is as fresh as anything. The home made jam on the scones is to die for and coffee was perfect. The staff were very friendly. When we are next in Camden we will definitely be going back there.I don't normally review cafes but this place is well worth the review.

Today we had breakfast here and I’m still in utter shock. We walked in and were not greeted until a woman asked “do you want a table?” Like we were inconveniencing her. We sat down and I even said to my partner we should probably leave because we both didn’t feel welcomed there. He convinced me to stay and to give a small local cafe our business. We ordered breakfast and the service is pretty quick, which is probably the only positive thing I have to say. My “poached” eggs on toast came and I honestly just laughed, I thought it was a joke because how could anyone serve that to a customer. The whites were undercooked and gooey and the yolk had the consistency of mash potato. How that is possible blows my mind. I ate half and then felt nauseous. My partner found two hairs in his watery scrambled eggs and my toddler wouldn’t even eat his hash browns which are one of his favourite foods because it was so oily.I initially wasn’t going to write a complaint until I went up and was told our total bill was $53.90! Our favourite cafe that we drive over an hour for does not even cost that much! If you’re charging that much for food, please make sure the quality is up to at least an average standard.Given that I didn’t complain, I paid the full amount. I couldn’t even look the guy in the eye because I was completely in shock.
