We are incredibly disappointed with the Explorers Early Learning entire Management team and carers in Upper Point Cook. We decided to share our experience as this would help anyone to make a decision before you send your most precious child for this type of childcare. Or we would say “business” because for them your child is just another number for them to make more money regardless of the care they give to your child once the parents were gone.My daughter was attending in the 3-4 year old early kinder since August 2018 as we moved to Point Cook area recently. She was a happy, intelligent and healthy child. In this place, she has been bullied and made her serious injuries by other boys that we had to admit her to the hospital for treatments. She did complain about what was happening, but with her limited vocabulary, I wish I was able to understand her more and act on it earlier. Even after we raise our concerns to the carers few times, they have ignored all our companies and failed to take any actions. They continued to let my daughter by herself in the classroom with the boys who injured her.It took days for them to investigate what happened and the result was no one saw what happened
