I have been a regular client of Sara's for about a year for lashes and facials. She is professional and knowledgeable, she fixed all of the skin issues I was having and i cannot thank her enough. She is always friendly and welcoming. I absolutely love my sessions with her and only wish i could afford more! Highly recommend.

I booked in here a few weeks back to get lashes ready for my holiday. I get a text a few days prior to my appointment saying she’s decided to not work mornings so she’s cancelling my appointment with yes was very annoying seeing as I planned everything around this appointment. Being in the beauty industry myself it was quite difficult to move my clients around.Anyway, we change it to 7pm the same day no problems. I arrived just before 7 and notice the shop had been shut. I thought, maybe she’s gone home and is coming back but nope. It’s now 7:15 and the shop is still closed.No response after texting and calling several times.Will never waste my time with this business ever again. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere!

Would NOT recommend. Take your business somewhere better! Sara is Unprofessional and down right crazy. She has been incredibly rude to coworkers and nearby business owners. She has a history of missing appointments. Sara is very immature, and doesnt understand how to be a sensible adult. She causes drama when there isn't any, and cannot not apologize or admit to her own mistakes.

From the moment I made my initial appointment with Sara I was put at ease! Her salon is beautiful and she is a lovely person with a wonderful demeanor. It was a fantastic facial and massage that I received and so well priced. I've now become a regular for sure!
