Andressa is absolutely amazing! Since my first appointment with her 6 weeks ago, she has turned my life around instantly. Every week I see results and life is so wonderful with Andressa keeping me on track with my health and weight loss. Who would have thought weighing in weekly (my choice of course) would be so much fun :) Thursdays are the best day of the week for me!

I came to see Andressa to help me gain weight in the gym, I had seen 3 PT's before that with almost no results but after I started following the plan she wrote for me I started gaining 1 kg per month for the last 3 months now :) She really knows what she is doing, cant recommend more highly!
