Had an amazing massage by Steve today.Told him that I had a sore neck and he was very gentle and soft. Best massage yet!

if i could give them 0 stars I would.I came in and the lady at the front kept trying to claim my health insurance despite my telling her my limit on massage therapies had been reached, when the machine declined my healthcare card, instead of just returning the screen on the machine and charging me regularly she insisted I keep swiping my health insurance card. Then started raising her voice at me about paying the amount upfront despite my not arguing with her (i simply asked if she could change the screen on the machine so i could use my eftpos card). I found it weird that they wanted the amount upfront (i paid it, i just found it strange that their rates were so high and they wanted them paid before I was even seen).I explained to them, several times, that i wanted them to take care of my right shoulder as I had been in pain and asked if they were qualified to do this, she said yes and proceeded to completely ignore what i'd asked for, and barely touched my right shoulder at all, telling me that she wanted to do my left arm and back instead (something i didn't ask for and twice told her I'd prefer she didn't do).She then, without my consent or even informing me, decided to use hot rocks (i ended up needing to see my doctor after seeing for a minor burn in the area).i left with my shoulder feeling worse than when I came in. I don't know exactly what their qualifications are but their communication skills and bedside manner are lacking, to put it politely. The lady i saw here was not only pushy and unprofessional, she made it very clear that she was purely interested in my paying and her ticking off that she had seen someone for the aloted time.I will never be coming here again.

I’ve been 3 times now during and after pregnancy and highly recommended them. Can use private health for remedial massage and they have a loyalty system. They even use hot stones during the remedial massage. It misses the ‘spa’ vibe as it’s near cafes/shops.

Love the beautiful Ann and staff. Comfy chairs for foot massage and can easily go to sleep. For a busy shopping mall, this small shop delivers nurturing restorative care.

Firstly, they are unqualified.Secondly, I am happy to make an appointment, but when I walk into the store, nobody greeted me, just let me wait. After 10 minutes waiting, one of staff told me that I only can choose 30 minutes treatment.Super horrible customer service with unqualified staffs, no more visit. If 60 minutes remedial treatment will charge $90, why don’t I make an appointment with therapist who hold degree.
